More Lucifer Speculation
Just read this new interview with the Lucifer showrunners, Joe Henderson and Ildy Moldovich, which is slightly spoilery, IMO. And...
...in light of what it says, I've revised my opinion about what will happen in the 'Lucifer shows Chloe his true self' scene we're promised in the first episode.
I'd thought he'd find he physically wasn't able to do it because of Chloe being special and so on, but now, I think the whole thing is a giant mislead and he's not going to try to show her his true face or his wings, or anything. The 'true self' he's going to show her will be something silly and inconsequential which will elicit nothing more from Chloe than an eye-roll.
I can also, after reading this interview, see why Lucifer would do the thing I was really annoyed about him doing when I accidentally spoilered myself earlier this week. For which, see previous post about Lucifer.
I am really looking forward to the show coming back, btw, no matter how much grousing about Tom Welling I do. ;)

Chemistry between Chloe and Clark-Kent-with-a-beard? I just don't see it.
I have a whole bunch of streaming services, but no cable TV. So I'll have to figure out how/where to catch the new season of "Lucifer" once it begins.
Meanwhile, the goal is to try to stay spoiler-free, as much time as I burn on Tumblr (pictures pretty). :)
