Oh Heroes! You used to be a great show back in season 1. Now, you are a load of old b****cks!

:sigh:

Which part of which season are you in?

If you're watching "Vol. 3: Villains," STOP. It's not a good volume. "Vol. 4: Fugitives" is AWESOME. But "Villains"... ::shudder::

:-/ I guess that's true. I forgive too easily sometimes. I have an attention span of shiny, so when things start becoming enjoyable for me again, I tend to forget about the bad things I hated.

Which episde are/were you watching?

I threw in the towel early in S2. Although, I think the writing was already on the wall in the S1 finale.

I agree. I couldn't be bothered to fight with MWNN to switch over from Marcel Theroux's search for Wabi Sabi in Japan.

It's one of Bendy1's. I think it's from one of James' interviews.

Found the site with the interview screencaps here

Yes. I seriously contemplated switching off half-way through. I've just stopped caring about these people and the intestinal and unconvincing convolutions of the plot.

I gave up a few episodes into this season. I have never seen a show with such random characterization. Plus, they all have brains the size of a flea's.

I had to give up on Heroes in S2, I just couldn't take it anymore. I saw bits of it more recently, but ... it seems the only way to enjoy it anymore is to think of it as absolutely whacked-out crack and adopt an utterly undemanding and uncritical attitude. Meh.

I've had the last three episodes of Vol 3 stored on my Plus box since BBC3 first showed 'em, and still haven't managed to bring myself to watch any.

Season 1 was so good. What the hell happened?

heh. I backed away from that steaming pile of crap after the beginning of s3 failed to fix things like it had promosed.

Er, I'm confused about what's in the volumes but I think I never got to the episode you just saw. I've heard Lost got much better lately but the problem is often when the shows start really tanking (and IMO Lost never got as bad as Heroes) the show would have to be twice as good as it once was to get me back.
