I felt I detected a teensy hint of scepticism earlier when I mentioned the Guardian's long ago sensational scoop about the connection between Spike and the late Queen Mother, so I thought you might like to read it for yourselves.

Shocking revelations behind cut

Bet you never realised Weetabix was that interesting, did you?

Brilliant - but it's scary that his vamp teeth are slightly better than hers.

I always wondered about the "texture" aspect - Weetabix really just makes things soggy. Perhaps the writers really meant Shredded Wheat, which does have texture?

Thanks for the clip!

Until she was dusted in 2004, when Charles found out the real reason she was still going strong at 102.

Bwahaha :)

I loved the weetabix moment on Buffy because to me it was like Britain's national food. I was so glad when they first started to appear in local supermarkets.

Now if you had kept that to yourself it would have made an excellent quiz question at WriterConUK...

This is why I love you - you kept something like this.

Spike saying he likes the texture in his blood is bringing horrible images into my mind of him using Fybogel...

I have to admit, I really really like it. Not alone, but with bananas and maple syrup it's very yummy (it kinda soaks up other tasts and blends them, so it makes perfect sense Spike would use it for blood :D).
