Amusing (in parts, though patronising too) article in today's Guardian about TV vampire/zombie shows. LJ actually gets a mention. ;)

I'm horrified merely to read how many (awful) movies will be made. Ugh.

I always thought World War Z should be a TV series. And that article didn't have anything really new to say, but it was worth it for the LJ mention and to alert us that the Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie might still be foisted on us.

So right about Twilight being to blame for all the world's ills!

Hello, comes back from the world of the undead.

Poor bats, they always get badmouthed, even though they are so useful. They can be quite cute too, points at icon.

I said the same thing. And they took a pop at "seagulls" too.
Who are nothing like zombies.
The bats at our zoo are pretty.

Silly man. Neither bats nor formal dress codes are intimidating. Bats are cute and fascinating. And anyone who feels intimidated by a tail coat needs to visit a psychiatrist.

Well except for the bats on Primeval - it's ok to feel intimidated by one of those.

Hee, yes.

Or a giant future-predator bat wearing a top hat.
