The Tinder Box by oni_9 really stands out for me.

Set after the events of Becoming, it focuses mainly on Spike and Dru (especially Dru), but there are some great moments from Giles, Willow and Xander too. Rated adult.

Just goes to show there's life in the old fandom yet when people can still produce such fresh, original stories.
