The Good Wife Meets The Wire

So last night I managed to watch another ep of The Good Wife season 2 and...

Slight spoilers behind cut for both The Good Wife and The Wire



.....yet another actor from The Wire turned up in it. That's the third, and I must admit to being a bit thrown by it because the characters in The Wire are living, breathing human beings, I swear they are. And yet here was Cutty playing a condemned man on death row. Mind you, I suppose that wasn't quite so much of a stretch as Chris Partlow and Commissioner Burrell moonlighting as the reverend such-and-such and his son.

That said, the episode I watched made me cry. I didn't think Lockhart Gardner were going to win that one. Diane was at her absolute awesomest. If I ever need a lawyer, I hope I get one like her.

Haha! The guy who played Rawls on "The Wire" was once filming an episode of the TV show "Damages" in my office building and I happen to walk right into him - it was all I could do not to raise my two middle fingers in salute, but I thought it might be misunderstood :P
