The Calendar Post: True Lies

Hi. Here at long last is July's calendar post. This month, it doubles as my entry to summer_of_giles.



This is the third of the ongoing series of Spike/Giles stories I'm writing, which re-tell the events of BtVS season 7 from Giles's perspective. Other stories in the series can be found here, and those of you who read them may remember that the premise is that after the events of Seeing Red, Spike goes to Giles for help rather than returning to Sunnydale.

This month's picture from my beautiful sueworld2003 fanart calendar (thanks again to peasant_ and sueworld2003 for the best present ever) goes perfectly with the story. katekat1010 also made me a beautiful story banner, which can be seen if you follow the link to the story.
