...'There are many choice about what happens with Mom and "they pick one" in the finale.'
So I've been wondering what those choices might be and have made a list of potential ones. So here's a poll.
Personally, I'd prefer Tricia Helfer to join the regular cast, but I think option four is the most likely, though I don't much like it (amnesia stories are way too common in fantasy shows/comics). It gives them the option to reverse it and bring mum back at a later date, whereas the other options seem a little more final.
