But, yes, this season has made it pretty clear that Game of Thrones will probably not live on in TV history as a classic.
Well, it will, in the sense that it was such a phenomenon for so long, but the storytelling/characterisation in the last two seasons was not great, I agree.
Even so, the spectacle was never less than...well, spectacular. So there's that, I guess.
