Really? I had thought the opposite given various things I've read over the past few days. I'm not saying I prefer canon Spuffy to fanfic Spuffy because I think it's better, btw (or not always). It's just that because of canon events, there's only a narrow range of fanfic Spuffy I can deal with.
4. Hmm. I don't interpret what happened in quite the same way.
