Oh man, that plot... Hmmm. Still not sure what I think about it; I can see McNulty doing it, but Lester...? But that scene between McNulty and Bunk at the end of 5.02 (?) is fantastic; the way it gradually dawns on both Bunk and the audience what his plan is, and we both react with "Oh, you stupid bastard, no, no, no..."

Yes, yes! That was a brilliant scene. There've been several brilliant scenes so far. I was fangirling Proposition Joe today when he said what hard work it was trying to civilise Marlo.
