LJ Status has been updated with full details. Now I'm wondering if there's another political storm going on in Russia that we don't know about. Maybe someone posted an anti-Putin diatribe?

That's what we need... on top of the American economy about to implode because of insane tea baggers intent on destroying the President... and THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT! (Can we declare teabaggers to be terrorists yet?)

Can't you just all storm the House and arrest them for treason? Seems pretty treasonous to me to ruin your own economy on purpose.

Right now we just have to hope that the Senate and Harry Reid can pull off a miracle.

The Tea Party House has already threatened to impeach the President if he tries to invoke the 14th amendment to save them from themselves.

Hell, at the moment the Tea Party are demanding that their OWN Speaker of the House step down.

How do you negotiate with people who are damned and determined to shoot the hostage in the head? Worse, we're all the hostage!

Yeah... I had no problems at all yesterday, but today can't reach the site at all.

On a global scale of things it's trivial, but it's still bloody annoying. DW is a bit slow too, probably because of extra strain from LJ refugees.
