Desperate Measures

I was stuck working in the boss's office today, as his desk was the only free one. I didn't dare go online at all but on the other hand I was only being overlooked intermittently and the result of that is a Torchwood drabble, Captains Jack and John, of course.

Spoilers for Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang, though I sort of assume that anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet just plain doesn't want to.

Have just realised that the preamble for that drabble was way longer than the drabble itself. Bit embarrassing.
