shapinglight: (Rivers of London)

So, Amazon have been doing my head in lately, sending me contradictory emails about when the next Rivers of London book is due out. First it was November this year, then it was 23 June next year (aargh!), Then it was back to November this year (yay!). Then it was back to June 23 next year (boo!). Then it was even further back to June 28th next year (even boo-er!).

So, finally, I decided to get the truth from the horse's mouth, followed Ben Aaronowitz on Twitter and asked him.

Not good news, unfortunately. It's June 2016.

Plus, issue 3 of the Rivers of London comic is late, and Comic Shop Boy informs me that Titan Comics are rubbish at sticking to their publishing schedule.

The kindle version of the next part of the comic is corrupted and there is much annoyance on Amazon as all you can download is the front cover.

I didn't think Part 4 was published until the 21st.

Perhaps teh delay is because they are getting it right rather than rushing it out to teh original launch schedule - so maybe it is actually a good thing.

I saw that announcement on Twitter a while ago - seems that the publisher wants to release it simultaneously so it's been pushed back to the US release date :(
