Never cried over the death of a famous person before. This one really hurts.

I played Bowie when died. I played Prince when he died. But tonight I just cannot bring myself to play any Cohen. It's too much.

I am sorry for your/our loss. I'm sorry he lived to see his fellow humans step onto this path. He always understood and was always heartbroken by it. Such a strong heart: broken, beautiful, and singing.

Me too. I know it's probably not so, but to me it felt like once the election result came in, he sort of turned his face to the wall.

Me too. Me and my husband hugged with tears running down our faces. Not sure why I didn't cry for Bowie or Reed, both of whom I loved with a burning passion in the 70s, but Leonard got to me where I live. What a horrible year.
