Jul. 24th, 2009 07:28 pmHave just had a quick look round my flist. Lots of interesting stuff everywhere. If I didn't feel so muzzy-headed I'd try to join in the conversation, but I feel like I have nothing intelligent to say about anything. :(
Also, miffed to realise that I can't write this Darla fic exactly how I wanted, because of an annoying 12 year gap between when I wanted to set it and when certain events took place. Bother. Never mind, though. At the moment, it's far easier to write things inside my head than on screen/paper. Inside my head, I've written an angsty Captain Jack/Captain John post-TW:CoE fic (in reality, I've only written a page and a half), an Age of Reason romp through darkest London featuring Angelus and Darla (in reality, I've again only written a page and a half), this other Darla story featuring guest appearances by various Pre-Raphaelites (the one I thought would be shorter and therefore easier to get done in time for my own ficathon, and of which I've written not a word), a long, plotty Spangel story (have actually written 30 pages of this and am stalled), a series of slave fics for
sickchicks (actually written, but for various reasons need totally re-writing), a sequel to A Man and His Dog (exists only in my head), and the next story in my Spike/Giles season 7 re-write (again, only in my head).
Hmm. I've written a lot, haven't I? In my head.
