There are a couple of delightful fic series doing the rounds at the moment. First, from
brutti_ma_buoni, there's The Turning of the Year, a seven part (3 parts posted so far) story in her ongoing Faith/Giles Rulesverse series. Then
jen_nsync_landl is posting a series of fun Spike/Giles drabbles Blood and Biscuits.
And if that weren't enough,
quinara has posted the third part of Spikeid, her epic BtVS poem. Don't think Buffy can still sound like Buffy talking in iambic pentameters? You couldn't be more wrong.
Just goes to show, those of us in the Buffyverse fandom can still be thoroughly spoilt. Lucky us.

Yes, your own fic illustrates that point nicely! Looking forward to spending more time with your stories over the holiday. *g*

Date: 2009-12-08 10:34 pm (UTC)I'm desperate to read the Spikeid and don't have a single evening this week where I'm not (as now) speedily catching up on LJ while also going to bed and trying to get sorted for tomorrow. Proper poems deserve better than that.

And re: the pimp, I love that series and want everyone else to read it too.
