I've finished the world's worst written action scene! Hoorah.

The story's not finished yet. Also, I'll have to re-write most of what I've written, probably several times. But still.

I did manage to get in a reference to tea.. :)

Well, it involves Spike getting a new wardrobe which includes a sailor suit, so I suspect the general public would not be interested. ;> But I am planning to try to write something intended for Summer of Giles which will be for public consumption, although probably just as silly.

And yes, trying to write when blocked is like scrabbling at a granite wall with one's fingernails, but I decided I have to learn to just keep writing when I'm blocked because otherwise I won't write anything.

That's pretty much what the last week has been like. I've felt I'd rather do anything - even cleaning - than writing, but I've made myself.

Always resist the insidious urge to clean. There will always be grime, but unfettered time to write words comes rarely. And well done for forcing yourself to write!
